Motorola Atrix HD Slim Design With HD ColorBoost Has Come

motorola atrix hd image
The next Motorola Atrix phone has been revealed on the company's website as the Motorola Atrix HD. Motorola Atrix HD is upcoming phone, its not yet available informations about Motorola Atrix HD price and Motorola Atrix HD release date to the market.

According to these site, Motorola Atrix HD Specifications with an MB886 model number matching the "Dinara" we saw pass through the FCC. Motorola Dinara debuts as the Motorola Atrix 3, which is clealry an upgraded version of Atrix 2 smartphone which is out since 6 months. Not full specifications of this smartphone is available with us and what we know is this device would be out with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich pre installed on it and it supports the 4G LTE network which provides the higher speed internet access.

According to the listed specs, it features a 4.5-inch HD Colorboost (720 x 1,280) display, 1.5GHz dual-core CPU will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and (predictably) looks very much like the Droid RAZR.

There's no carrier mentioned (other than the blatant logo at the bottom), but judging by the radio bands mentioned in the specs it comes off very much as a Droid RAZR for AT&T with quad-band EDGE, quad-band HSPA+ and dual-band LTE. It has a 1780 mAh battery, 8MP rear camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (up to 32GB external) and measures 8.4mm thick.

The construction is as you would expect, with Gorilla Glass and Kevlar fused to make the "business ready" handset, while the Atrix 2's Lapdock 100 is listed as an accessory. There's no word on when the third Atrix will be launched, but you can find out all about it and sign up for updates right now at the source link.

Motorola Atrix HD Main Features

  • Stylishly thin good looks,
  • made Kevlar® strong
  • Splash resistant, inside and out
  • SMARTACTIONS™ app can help you save hours of battery life
  • 4.5" HD ColorBoost™ display, with more vibrant colors, sharper images

Motorola Dinara Atrix 3 Specs and Price

Motorola Dinara image
Motorola Dinara debuts as the Motorola Atrix 3, which is clealry an upgraded version of Atrix 2 smartphone which is out since 6 months. Not full specifications of this smartphone is available with us and what we know is this device would be out with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich pre installed on it and it supports the 4G LTE network which provides the higher speed internet access.

Motorola Dinara Atrix 3 is the name of prototype specifications would have not yet seen on any phone, and you may not see until you have it, such as touch-screen HD resolution HDReady, ie 720p which is a ratio of 1280 × 720 pixels, TI OMAP processor multi-core, supported by up to 1 GB of RAM and a 13MP camera, accompanied by another front for video calls.

Going undercover as the MB886, it sports the proper LTE bands for AT&T and even uses the same model naming convention as its two predecessors. Naturally we don't get much more information than the usual measurements and radios (of which include HSPA+ / WCDMA 850 / 1900 as well as quad-band EDGE), but the phone is rumored to include an LTE-friendly Snapdragon S4 processor and a 720p display.

Motorola XYBOARD Waterproof Tablet Specs and Price

Motorola has released Motorola XYBOARD 8.2 Waterproof editions. This is the first tablet PC with waterproof features. It’s just the Wi-fi versions of the tablets you’ll be grabbing with waterproofing all around, as the Saturday Night Live “it breaks immediately” gag holds strong for dunking your LTE XYBOARD into the drink.

Note of course that doing this is never a good idea, even if you do have waterproofing on your devices – spillproof doesn’t mean “left in the kiddie pool for 2 hours” proof.

Motorola droid xyboard 10.1 price

The Motorola Xyboard 10.1 is not quite enough tablet, for too much money. While it's much more handsome than the Xoom tablet it replaces, the Xyboard can't overcome its high price or Google Android Honeycomb's ongoing trouble with third-party apps.

Motorola Xoom Specifications

At launch, the Motorola Xoom was unfinished — which was quite an effort, considering it was the launch device for Android 3.0 way back at CES in January.

Its microSD card slot didn't work, with the reason why never being detailed. At the time, we speculated that since Acer, Samsung and Asus all had working microSD card slots, and that XDA-Developers had hacked in support, it was due to some partner deal gone wrong.

Now it's all water under the bridge, as the Motorola Xoom Specifications is now running Android 3.1, enabling the microSD slot and host USB support along the way. It's also had a healthy price drop, from the unpalatable AU$840 down to the more sane AU$648, at least through Telstra.

That's still significantly more expensive than the Asus Eee Pad Transformer, which retails at AU$599 without its dock. You can go cheaper, too, if you choose to dance with the likes of Acer and others. Still, the Motorola Xoom has a few luxury perks  it supports 5GHz Wi-Fi where many others will only do 2.4GHz, and it has a gorgeous aluminium backing.

Motorola XOOM Specifications :
This Motorola XOOM Specifications according to any source like Cnet and Engaget. Here they are Motorola XOOM Specifications :

Update : (17 Dec) : Motorola Xoom tablet gets an Ice Cream Sandwich makeover with 4.0.3

Only a day after Google released Android version 4.0.3, one XDA developer has already installed it on his Motorola Xoom WiFi tablet -- making it the first slate to run the frosty Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade. Of course, trendsetting is nothing new for the Motorola Xoom Specifications, which was also the first to ship with Honeycomb's sweetness back in February.

Being first does have its disadvantages, though, as some of the features like the camera don't work, and there seems to be a green overlay on the screen from time to time. If you're willing to overlook these early adopter flaws, head on over to the source to satisfy your ICS-inspired sweet tooth and try it for yourself.

The software

The Droid Pro ships with Android 2.2 -- aka Froyo. That’s just about the newest version of the Android OS, if you’re not counting a couple of phones on Android 2.2.1, and if you’re not counting that we’re expecting the announcement of Android 2.3 Gingerbread any time now.
Droid Pro appsThe phone has the same homescreen customizations that debuted earlier this year on the Droid X. (Call it the new Blur, or Motoblur or, yes, Phil Blur.) You’ve got the usual three buttons at the bottom for the phone dialer, app launcher and contacts. (Note to Motorola: Please change the contacts button to something more useful. We can get to the contacts through the phone dialer just fine, thank you very much.)
You have the usual seven home screens on which to put app shortcuts, widgets -- the works. Motorola’s loaded them up with the usual widgets -- social networking, updates, weather, some useful toggles for Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS and airplane mode), calendar, messages, search, music app, photo gallery, news reader -- a ton of stuff for a little phone, really.
Call it bloat if you must, but they’re really some useful widgets, and they have the added bonus of being resizeable if you want. (Tap and hold a widget. When you let go, it can be resized.)
Apps on the Droid Pro by default include:
3G Mobile Hotspot Alarm and Timer Amazon MP3 Backup Assistant
Browser Calculator Calendar Camcorder (video recording)
Camera (still photography) City ID (hasn’t gotten any more useful) Contacts Dialer
DLNA (streaming to DLNA-enabled TVs E-mail (non gmail) EMERGENCY (A way to get emergency alerts) Files (a handy file explorer)
Gallery Gmail Google Search Help Center
Google Latitude Google Listen Manage SIM card Maps (Google Maps)
Android Market Media Share Messaging (Single inbox) Music
My Accounts (add accounts to phone) My Verizon Mobile (account info) Navigation (Google Maps Navigation) News (RSS reader)
News and Weather (stock Android app) NFS Shift (racing game) Places (Google Location Search and recomm.) Quickoffice
Settings Skype Mobile Social Networking Talk (Gchat)
Task Manager Text Messaging Voice Command Voice Search
Voiecmail VPN YouTube
A lot of that we could do without, but to each his (or her) own. Not preloaded are any of Verizon’s VCAST apps, and that makes us happy.
Oh, and notice that Task Manager? Yeah. It's an evil, EVIL task manager. Actually, the app itself is well done. If there's an app that hangs (I have the occasional problem with Seesmic not making a connection, for instance), you can use this to kill the app, and then reopen it. But please, PLEASE, don't use it to automatically kill apps that you think you don't want running. Because it's fine, you're wrong, and the Droid Pro has plenty of overhead to handle more than one thing at a time.

Some odds and ends

  1. We had zero problems with the GPS on the Droid Pro. It locked on in about 12 seconds.
  2. The speakerphone is above average -- Motorola continues to make great ones.
  3. There are 14 steps between LOUD and vibrate, using the volume buttons.
  4. Double-tap the home button to launch voice commands. (That's different than using the microphone button.
  5. The web browser is your basic Android browser. Nothing special, it just works.
  6. The only on-screen keyboard you have is the Motorola multitouch keyboard. No Swype. You can download others at your leisure.
